Return & Cancellation Policy
At Fins Choice, we are committed to delivering the highest quality fresh seafood and takeaway meals. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:

Fresh seafood

Cooked seafood or fish & chips

Any items that have left our temperature-controlled environment
This is in accordance with food safety regulations and consumer protection standards, as we do not resell items once they have been picked up or delivered.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact the store directly within a reasonable time before your scheduled pickup. We’ll do our best to accommodate cancellations made in advance. Unfortunately, cancellations requested after preparation has begun or after pickup time cannot be refunded.
